TrinketFarm is a small 3D print farm in Sarasota, Florida. This page says what we collect on this website, what we do with it, and how to reach us about it. Plain language, no surprises.
What we collect
- Sample pack requests: your shop name, your name, email, phone (optional), shipping address, nearest beach, and anything you type in the notes.
- Custom print requests: your name, email, phone (optional), color and quantity, the file you attach or link to, and your notes.
- Where you came from: a simple tag in the link (for example "postcard" or "email") so we know which of our mailings reached you. No tracking across other sites.
- Basic visit data: our hosting provider (Netlify) keeps standard server logs, like IP address and pages loaded, for security and uptime.
What we do with it
- Ship your sample pack, quote and print your file, and reply to you.
- Follow up once about your request. We don't add you to a newsletter unless you ask.
- Share your shipping address with the carrier to deliver your package. That's the only sharing we do.
We don't sell your information, and we don't use advertising trackers on this site.
Files you send us
Files you upload for custom printing are used to quote and print your job and nothing else. We don't publish them, share them or reuse them. We keep them for up to 90 days after the job in case you want a reprint, then delete them. Ask and we'll delete them sooner.
Wholesale accounts
The wholesale ordering app keeps your account, order history and shipping details so reorders are easy. Payment is handled by our payment processor; we don't store card numbers.
How long we keep it
Request details are kept as long as we're working with you, and for our normal business records after that. If you want your information deleted, email us and we'll take care of it.
Kids
This site is for gift shop owners and adults ordering prints. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
