These are the terms for buying from TrinketFarm, whether you're a gift shop ordering wholesale, a shop requesting a sample pack, or a member of the public sending us a file to print. By placing an order or sending a request, you agree to them.

Who we are

TrinketFarm is a 3D print farm in Sarasota, Florida. We print and pack our own designs alongside designs we license from their creators. Everything we sell is printed here.

Wholesale orders

• Who can order: retail shops and other businesses buying for resale. We may ask for a copy of your resale certificate.
• Minimum: $60 per order.
• Pricing: as shown in the wholesale app at the time you order. We can change wholesale prices at any time; the price you see when you order is the price you pay.
• Payment: due when you order, through the wholesale app, unless we've agreed to terms with you in writing.
• Lead time: most orders ship in 3 to 7 days. Everything is made to order, so dates are estimates, not guarantees. If you need something by a date, tell us before you order.
• Shipping: free on orders over $200. Below that, shipping is charged at cost. Shops within 30 miles of Sarasota can choose free local delivery. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.
• Best-sellers packs: if you ask for one, we choose the contents from what's selling that week. You can't return a best-sellers pack because of the mix.

Breakage replacement

Every wholesale box ships with spare pieces, no matter the quantity. If you go through the spares and a piece breaks, send us a photo of the broken piece and we'll include a free replacement with your next order. If a shipment arrives damaged, send a photo of the box and contents within 7 days and we'll make it right.

This covers breakage of our products. It is not a returns policy, a refund policy, or a warranty against normal wear, and it doesn't cover items that haven't sold. We may limit replacements for accounts whose claims are well out of line with their order volume.

Free sample packs

Sample packs are for gift shops and other retailers, one per shop, while supplies last, in the United States. We choose the pieces. Requesting a pack doesn't obligate you to order, and we may decline a request.

Custom printing (public)

• Pricing: $50 setup per job, plus $25 per plate. A plate is whatever fits on a 10 by 10 inch build plate. We confirm the number of plates in your quote before printing.
• Payment: the setup fee is due when you approve the quote and is non-refundable once we start on your file. The balance is due at pickup.
• Your file, your rights: we don't design or modify models. By sending a file you confirm you own it or have the right to print it. We decline licensed characters, trademarks, anything that could function as a weapon or weapon part, and anything else we're not comfortable printing, at our discretion.
• What you get: an FDM print in the color we confirmed, up to a 13-inch cube per piece. Layer lines are part of FDM printing. We don't offer resin printing, sanding, painting or assembly unless agreed in writing.
• If a print fails: if it's our error, we reprint at no charge. If the file itself won't print well, we'll tell you before charging the plate fee, and the setup fee covers the time spent.
• Pickup only: custom prints are picked up at our shop in Sarasota. We'll let you know when it's ready. Prints not picked up within 30 days may be discarded.
• Use: custom prints are not food safe and are not tested as toys. You're responsible for how you use them.

Our products

Our products are 3D printed in PLA. They're decorative keepsakes and articulated figures, not toys for children under 3, and they contain small parts. They'll soften in high heat, like a closed car in summer.

The usual

We're a small business and we'll always try to make things right, but our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. These terms are governed by Florida law. If we change them, the date at the top changes.
